FCO LLC is registered with the SEC as an Exempt Reporting Adviser under Rule 203(m)-1 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Our capital-raising vehicle, Florence Private Lending TR, operates as a Reg D Rule 506(c) compliant private fund.
